1. Merchant of Record

All payments for Dexme are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.

When you purchase a Dexme subscription, you enter into a transaction with Paddle and agree to Paddle’s Consumer Terms and Conditions.

2. Consumer Right to Cancel (14 Days)

If you are purchasing Dexme as a Consumer (for personal use), you have the right to cancel your initial subscription purchase within 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify Paddle within the 14-day cancellation period.

If you cancel within this period, Paddle will reimburse all payments received from you using the original payment method, in accordance with Paddle’s terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Subscriptions

Dexme subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

  • The 14-day cancellation right applies only to the initial subscription purchase.
  • The cancellation period does not reset upon automatic renewal.
  • There are no refunds for unused subscription periods, unless required by applicable law.
  • To prevent renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

4. Free Trials

If Dexme offers a free trial:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial expires, the subscription will begin and the standard subscription terms will apply.

5. Refund Requests

Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with:

  • Paddle’s refund policies
  • Applicable consumer protection laws

Paddle may refuse a refund request in cases involving:

  • Fraud
  • Refund abuse
  • Manipulative or abusive behavior

This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
