Dexme subscriptions and payments are processed securely through our authorized payment provider, Paddle.

By purchasing a Dexme subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Model

Dexme may offer:

  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans
  • Free trial periods (if applicable)

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled before renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in situations including:

  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing use of the service
  • Billing errors
  • Requests made shortly after an initial subscription purchase

Refunds are generally not granted for:

Approved refunds will be processed via Paddle back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Solveon Labs Private Limited does not store full credit or debit card details and cannot manually reverse transactions outside of Paddle’s system.

6. Free Trials

If Dexme offers a free trial:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • Charges after the trial period are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation:

  • Stops future automatic renewals
  • Does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period

Access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.

8. Consumer Protection Laws

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable laws in your country of residence.
